Regular Board meetings are held in the Columbia Basin Hydropower conference room on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 9:30 am.   The address of the CB Hydropower administrative office is:  107 D Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823.  An executive session may be called at any time for the purposes authorized by the Open Public Meetings Act.
